PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Police are looking for a medically endangered woman who wandered away from a care facility in northeast Portland.
The 44-year-old Monique Green was last seen about noon Monday. She’s 5-foot-1, 150 pounds with shoulder-length brown hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a black jacket, greet T-shirt and blue sweat pants.
