NATO: 2 American troops killed in Afghanistan

KABUL (AP) — NATO says two U.S. service members have been killed in eastern Afghanistan.

The international coalition says the two U.S. troops died Wednesday in a bomb blast in eastern Afghanistan. No other details were disclosed.

Their deaths bring to 12 the number of American troops killed in Afghanistan so far this month.

Sixteen other soldiers from the international coalition have been killed this month.
