Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.
Honeywell International, a security system business, has leased 4,369 square feet of office space at First Place Plaza, 12503 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord; Jeffrey Heymann of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented the tenant.
Michael L. Harris Insurance Agency has leased 1,369 square feet of office space at Salmon Creek Commerce Center, 13317 N.E. 12th Ave., Vancouver, from 134th Street Land Company. Doug Bartocci of Norris Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord; Craig Johnson of Sperry Van Ness represented the tenant.
North Coast Electric Company has leased 7,500 square feet of industrial and office space at Padden Business Center, 8100 N.E. St. Johns Road, Suite E-108, Vancouver, from Gaither Family LLC. Bill Connelly of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
Twinstar Credit Union has purchased the First Independent Bank — Van Mall Branch, at 8405 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Vancouver. The purchase price was $1,100,000. Pam Lindloff and Jack Gallagher of Norris Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer and the seller.
Stan Hubert has purchased 28,800 square feet of industrial space at 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver, from Boespflug Development. The purchase price was $2,120,000. Garret Harper and Steve Dodds of Norris Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer and the seller.
T-Squared, raw materials and recycling, has leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at Vancouver Business Park, 3315 N.E. 112th Ave., Vancouver, from Bennett Family Trust II LLC. Garret Harper of Norris Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.
