The East 18th Street Business Park in Vancouver was purchased this month for $2.12 million by real estate investor Stan Hubert of Canby, Ore.
The 24-unit light industrial business park is at 5601 E. 18th St. Hubert bought the development from Vancouver-based Boespflug Development. Commercial real estate agents Steve Dodds and Garret Harper of NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson represented both buyer and seller. Eight units, or one third of the business park, are vacant. Its business tenants include Genie Garage Door Co., Reliable Driving School and Grace Premier Fitness.
