SEATTLE (AP) — The King County sheriff’s office says deputies arrested two men believed to be responsible for robbing three casinos, a bank and check-cashing store since October from SeaTac to Shoreline.
A sergeant on patrol pulled up behind a suspicious car Friday outside a casino in Shoreline. The car took off and was rammed with a PIT maneuver to force it to stop. A passenger was arrested at the scene. Detectives later arrested a man in Edmonds believed to be the driver.
The sheriff’s office says the robberies were especially dangerous because one of the robbers carried a pistol in one hand and a shotgun in the other and fired into the air during two robberies.
