YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) — The Yakima City Council voted to start drafting rules to regulate bikini espresso stands as adult entertainment.
The rules would be based on ones adopted in Snohomish County to control so-called “sexpresso” stands.
Police have reported pole dancing and $5 booty shakes at some of the four coffee stands in Yakima.
The Yakima Herald-Republic reports Tuesday’s council vote was 4-3 to direct city lawyers to draft the regulations.
