VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — The U.S. Marshals Service says officers arrested a man in Vancouver who is suspected of stabbing his girlfriend in the face and accused of a Christmas Day shooting in Portland.
The Marshals Oregon Fugitive Task Force took 28-year-old Randy Steven Perrone of Happy Valley, Ore., into custody Wednesday without incident. He was booked into the Clark County Jail.
