Lolly is a 6-year-old Treeing Walker Coonhound and she’s ready to find her forever home. Want a sweet dog, well here she is! Lolly is very sensitive and loves affection, all she’s ever wanted was a family to adore her as much as she would adore them. She’s great with kids and would love it if you had some to pet and play with her. Have a fenced yard? Great because she does need one since hounds tend to follow their noses. Won’t you take her outside and see why Lolly is the dog for you?

Amethyst is a 2-year-old female patch tabby Domestic Short Hair. She came to us as a stray so we don’t know much about her past. She was sick when she came to us so we sent her home with one of our foster families, where she did great with the other cats and dog and with the kids over 6.

These pets are among those available for adoption from noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, 1100 N.E. 192nd Ave., Vancouver. Fees — which can include registered microchip, health exam, a spay or neuter certificate and vaccination — vary. Call 360-693-4746.
