• MAIL: Post offices are closed today. No mail delivery. The postal unit inside the Shell gas station at Fisher’s Landing, 16320 S.E. Cascade Park Drive, is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

• GARBAGE COLLECTION: Collection of trash and recyclables remains on schedule in Vancouver and most of Clark County. Inside Camas city limits, Monday’s trash and recyclables will be picked up Tuesday.

West Van Materials Recovery Center, 6601 N.W. Old Lower River Road, open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. today. Central Transfer and Recycling Center, 1103 N.E. 117th Ave., open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. today.

• BUSES: C-Tran will follow reduced service schedule today. TriMet buses and Portland Streetcar will follow Sunday schedule today. MAX will follow Sunday schedule today. No WES service today.

• ANIMAL SHELTER: Humane Society for Southwest Washington open regular hours today.

• PUBLIC LIBRARIES: Vancouver Community Library and most branches of the Fort Vancouver Regional Library District are closed today; Vancouver Mall Community library is open. Camas Public Library is closed today.

• LIQUOR STORES: Most state-operated stores are open today.

• BANKS: Closed today.

• FINANCIAL MARKETS: New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq and other markets closed today.

• PARKING: Meters in downtown Vancouver free today.

• DRIVER LICENSING: Offices closed today.

• VEHICLE LICENSING: Offices closed today.

• VEHICLE EMISSIONS: Test stations closed today.

• ZOO: Oregon Zoo open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. today.
