Hazel Dell apartment complex sells to investor

Vancouver, WA — A 37-unit apartment complex in Hazel Dell has been sold for $1.7 million to a Portland buyer.
The Anderson Senior Estates, a complex of five single-story buildings, sold to NFN Investments LLC. The complex is located at 538 N.E. Anderson St., north of the new Hazel Dell Elementary School.
Charlie Kleier of NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson brokered the sale, representing both the buyer and seller. The property was sold by the Wanda Albrici Trust.
