SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Authorities say they have found the body of a Utah man who went missing after saying he planned to travel to Washington state to see his daughter.

Davis County sheriff’s office Lt. Brad Wilcox says Luciano Reynaldo Trujillo’s body was found Wednesday evening by searchers from the Utah County sheriff’s office.

Searchers earlier Wednesday had found Trujillo’s vehicle in the same area in Utah County near some caves.

Wilcox says there is no indication of foul play and the death is under investigation.

Trujillo told his son he was going to take a present his newlywed daughter in Vancouver, Wash. The 54-year-old is believed to have left on June 30. His daughter had said he needed immediate medical care.

Trujillo lived in Fruit Heights in Davis County, north of Salt Lake City.
