Vancouver City Council, 3 p.m., City Hall, 210 E. 13th St.; workshop: 2010-2011 budget progress update; 7 p.m. regular meeting: consent agenda; public hearing on land use and development code (Title 20, VMC) amendments.

Fort Vancouver Regional Library, 6 p.m., Ridgefield Community Center, 210 North Main Ave., Ridgefield: Battle Ground building project expenditures; building projects update; foundation update. Follows 4 p.m. executive session to discuss negotiations and legal issues.

Tuesday

Port of Vancouver, 9:30 a.m., port administrative office, 3103 Lower River Road, Vancouver; agenda items include: approve lease extension with Subaru of America; authorize purchase and sale of 20 acres with Farwest Steel Corp.

Skamania County commissioners, 9:30 a.m., Skamania County Courthouse, Stevenson: approve various contracts and agreements; executive session regarding litigation; 1:30 p.m., Board of Health meeting; 1:45 p.m., workshop with auditor to review revised voucher policy; 2:30 p.m., workshop with community development department and hearing examiners; 5:30 p.m., public hearing to consider petition for formation of a Joint Park and Recreation District, to include the portion of eastern Skamania County within the White Salmon Valley School District.

Clark County commissioners, 10 a.m. sixth-floor hearing room at Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St.: public hearings on current use of open space and Highway 99 development incentives.

Clark Regional Wastewater District, 4 p.m., 8000 N.E. 52nd Court: Schedule annexation hearing and regular business. At 5 p.m., a public hearing will be held regarding Martin extension latecomer reimbursement. New business includes authorization to sign second addendum to collection services contract with 4M Collections.

Clark County Cemetery District No. 1, 5 p.m., Fire Station No. 91, 600 N.E. 267th Ave., Camas; commissioner’s meeting, discuss re-painting cemetery buildings, purchase of office equipment and general grounds maintenance.

C-Tran board of directors, 5:30 p.m., 2425 N.E. 65th Ave.: Approve C-Tran citizen advisory reappointments; advisory committee quarterly report; presentation on Salmon Creek Park and Ride; and continue discussion regarding executive director purchasing thresholds.

Port of Camas-Washougal commissioners, 6 p.m., port headquarters, 24 South A St.; special meeting with port consultant BergerABAM and key partners to continue discussion on strategy to update the port’s comprehensive plan. The meeting is open to the public. No decisions will be made.

Thursday

Vancouver Downtown Redevelopment Authority, 11:30 a.m., Council Chambers, City Hall, 210 E. 13th St.; financial report; approval of claims; Asset Manager’s report; Hotel Manager’s report.

Friday

Vancouver-Clark Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., Clark County Public Service Center, Training Room 679, 1300 Franklin St.: National Parks and Recreation Month, Greater Clark Parks District, budget and committee reports, blue ribbon commission on future of Clark County parks.
