RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — The Carolina Hurricanes have signed center Riley Nash to a three-year contract.

The entry-level deal announced Monday will pay Nash $550,000 next season, $600,000 in 2011-12 and $700,000 in 2012-13 at the NHL level. He will earn $65,000 per season if he plays in the American Hockey League.

Nash also receives a signing bonus of $262,500.
