HILLSBORO, Ore. (AP) — Beaverton police and Washington County crash investigators are hoping someone may have witnessed a hit-and-run accident that killed an 18-year-old Hillsboro man.
The Oregonian reports police found the body of Jaziel Medina-Lopez about 3:30 a.m. Sunday on Tualatin Valley Highway near the sunset Esplanade Shopping Center.
Police have heard from one person who saw the man earlier in the evening near the highway staggering as if highly intoxicated.
