TOPPENISH, Wash. (AP) — A Toppenish man and his mother were killed in a crash Monday night near Toppenish.
The Washington State Patrol says 40-year-old Remigio E. Valdez and 62-year-old Reyes E. Valdez were in a car that was hit by a car that failed to stop at a stop sign.
The man’s 8-year-old niece and the driver of the other car were injured and taken to hospitals.
