State AG to speak at fundraiser for Castillo: Attorney General Rob McKenna will speak at a breakfast fundraiser for fellow Republican and 3rd Congressional District candidate David Castillo on Tuesday at the Heathman Lodge, 7801 N.E. Greenwood Drive, Vancouver. The event will be from 7 to 9 a.m. House Republican Leader Richard DeBolt will be a special guest.
