Developers may build a 48-bed memory care center on a 2.9-acre site in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver.
Called Salmon Creek Memory Care, the 28,000-square-foot complex would be built at 2305 N.E. 129th St. near the confluence of I-5, I-205 and Highway 99.
