Castillo meet and greet: David Castillo will be in Clark County to hold a districtwide meet and greet via USTREAM. The event with the Republican 3rd Congressional District candidate will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday. Visit http://www.ustream.tv/channel/district-wide-meet-and-greet-with-david-castillo to register. Castillo will take questions from participants.

Rivers reception: The public is invited to meet Ann Rivers, Republican candidate for the 18th District state House seat, at a fundraising reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Stuart reception: County Commissioner Steve Stuart is attending a fundraising reception from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Building Industry Association of Clark County, 103 E. 29th St., Vancouver. Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt’s Vancouver law firm is hosting the event to congratulate Stuart for receiving an endorsement from the BIA. Refreshments will be served.
