INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The Indianapolis Colts have signed third-round draft pick Kevin Thomas, leaving only first-round pick Jerry Hughes without a contract agreement as training camp starts.

Thomas is the seventh of the Colts’ eight draft choices to reach a deal this week, though the Southern Cal cornerback is expected to miss the entire season after hurting his right knee during rookie minicamp in May.

Indianapolis has traditionally handed out four-year deals to draft picks after the first round. Second-round pick Pat Angerer, a linebacker from Iowa, signed a four-year deal reportedly worth $3.14 million on Thursday.

The Colts report Sunday to Anderson University, their new training camp site, with their first official practice on Monday.
