A convicted sex offender who victimized two teenage girls has been released from prison and has registered as living homeless in Vancouver.
Raymond Earl Grant, 35, is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to a bulletin from the Sex Offender Registration Unit of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
Grant has been convicted of third-degree rape and disorderly conduct for assaulting the girls, ages 16 and 17, according to the bulletin.
He is black, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 218 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He is monitored by the sheriff’s unit, the state Department of Corrections and the Vancouver Police Department’s Sex Offender Tracking Unit, the bulletin said.
