Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.
Craig Cancilla and Colleen Clark have leased 11,500 square feet of warehouse and office space for a Sears Homes Store for retail sales, administrative offices, warehousing and distribution of home, garden and industrial tools, appliances and equipment, from Randy S. Dickerson. The space is at 216-224 N.E. Third Ave., Camas. The lease term is 120 months. Larry Garcia of Century 21 Commercial-Cascade Pacific represented the tenant; Adam D. Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
Messiah Lutheran Church has leased 2,432 square feet of office space, to be used for church services, in a two-story, mixed-use building at Heron Gate, 2 South 56th Place, Suite 203, Ridgefield, from Flightpath LLC. The anticipated move-in date is July 15. Adam D. Roselli and Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
