SEATTLE (AP) — Washington State Ferries spokeswoman Susan Harris says service on the busy Seattle-Bainbridge route has returned to normal Wednesday evening after the ferry Wenatchee was repaired.
The Wenatchee went out of service about 6 a.m. Wednesday with an engine problem.
That left just one boat on the route for most of the day. Two ferries usually operate on the run — the busiest on Puget Sound.
