VERONA, N.Y. (AP) — Annika Sorenstam and Lorena Ochoa will be teeing it up again — at the Notah Begay Challenge.

The former LPGA stars will compete in a mixed team skins match on Aug. 31 at Turning Stone Resort and Casino’s Atunyote (ah-DUNE’-yote) Golf Club. Other LPGA players scheduled to play include Suzann Pettersen, Cristie Kerr, Morgan Pressel and Anna Rawson. PGA Tour regulars Anthony Kim, Camilo Villegas, Hunter Mahan, Vijay Singh, and Rickie Fowler also will compete.

The event is in its third year and is a collaboration between the Oneida Indian Nation of New York and San Manuel Band of Serrano Mission Indians of California. Benefits from the challenge go to help fight obesity and diabetes among Native American youth.

Tiger Woods beat Villegas last year. The event featured only PGA Tour players the first two years. This year will be a mixed team, best-ball format with a total purse of $400,000. The winning twosome will split the top prize of $100,000.
