ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) -- The Buffalo Bills have signed two rookie draft picks, linebacker Arthur Moats and quarterback Levi Brown.
Moats, the first of Buffalo's two sixth-round picks, set a James Madison school record with 29 career sacks. As a senior, he was named the Football Championship Subdivision's top defensive player.
Brown, the first of the team's two seventh-round picks, set a Troy University and Sun Belt Conference single-season record with 4,254 yards passing and 23 touchdowns last year. He is competing for a third-string job with the Bills.
Buffalo has now signed five of its nine draft picks.
To make room on the roster, the Bills waived rookie undrafted free agents defensive end Will Croner and offensive lineman Jorge Guerra.
