Small-acreage class will look at basic farm tasks

WOODLAND — A two-part workshop starting this month will provide tips to improve management of small acreages.
The workshops, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on both June 26 and July 31 at Zumstein Family Farm in Woodland, will cover how to set up fencing and water for livestock, controlling weeds and managing water.
