A mid-century style building in downtown Vancouver sold in May for $1.05 million to Portland investor Babrak Amiri. His plans are not clear for the 9,200-square-foot single-story building at 100 E. 13th St., which is across from First Independent Bank’s headquarters.

Amiri might move his investment company from Portland into the office space, according to Eric Fuller & Associates Inc. commercial real estate firm.

Company president Eric Fuller represented the building purchaser. Associate KC Fuller represented the seller. Several other tenants now occupy the building.
