Kenyan runner wins Grandma's Marathon in Minnesota

DULUTH, Minn. (AP) -- A runner from Kenya has won the Grandma's Marathon.
Philemon Kemboi won the marathon in Duluth, Minn., on Saturday, finishing in 2 hours, 15 minutes, 44 seconds.
Kenyans also won the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon. Stephen Muange finished in an unofficial 1 hour, 4 minutes and 24 seconds. Muange lives and trains in Farmington, N.M.
In the women's half marathon, Caroline Rotich won in 1 hour, 12 minutes and 40 seconds. She lives in Santa Fe, N.M.
About 7,400 runners were entered in this year's 26.2-mile Grandma's Marathon.
