Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar is slated to open its first Clark County restaurant at 11 a.m. Monday, bringing its sports-focused theme and 100 full- and part-time jobs to 78th Street and Hazel Dell Avenue.
The $2.2 million stand-alone building’s interior will feature 13 big-screen projectors and 26 wall-to-wall, high-definition televisions with seating for 225 patrons. Buffalo Wild Wings is part of a rapidly growing restaurant chain which owes its popularity, primarily, to its menu of chicken wings and 14 signature dipping sauces.
The franchise rights for Buffalo Wild Wings are owned by MBH Holding LLC in the Portland-Vancouver area. In addition to Hazel Dell, the company has opened two similar restaurants in Portland — downtown and at Cascade Station near the region’s only Ikea store.
