JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) — A saddle bronc rider has died from injuries he suffered while competing at the Jackson Hole Rodeo in Wyoming.
The Jackson Police Department identified the victim only as a 20-year-old man from Cody.
A department statement Thursday says emergency crews were called to the rodeo on Wednesday night. The man was pronounced dead later at St. John’s Hospital in Jackson.
Phil Wilson, owner of the rodeo, declined to discuss the incident.
