Convicted sex offender Keith L. Nash, 35, who until recently was living homeless in Clark County, is living at 1512 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., No. 8.
He has been convicted of forcibly raping a 12-year-old girl and is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, the group considered the most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to a bulletin from the Sex Offender Registration Unit of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
Nash is being monitored by the sheriff’s unit, the state Department of Corrections and the Vancouver Police Department’s Sex Offender Tracking Unit.
He is not being sought by police.
