The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.
In January, the Nursing Commission indefinitely suspended the license of registered nurse Nancy E. Grayson. Grayson failed to comply with previous terms and conditions.
In February, the Nursing Commission withdrew the statement of charges against licensed practical nurse Sean A. Campbell.
In February, the Pharmacy Board summarily suspended the certification of pharmacy technician of Jessica Ruth Duong. Duong’s license to practice as a pharmacy technician in Oregon was suspended for diverting cash and falsifying pharmacy records. She remains prohibited from practicing there.
