Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.
Wade Burbank and Blake Crofts have leased 1,330 square feet of retail space for a new walk-in chiropractic clinic from Accordian Investments at Orchard’s Retail Center, 6403 N.E. 117th Ave., Vancouver. The expected move-in date is April 1. Trevor Sosky of Keller Williams represented the tenant; Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
Duy and Tam Phan have leased 985 square feet of retail space for a new nail/pedicure salon from Placer Creek Properties at Benjamin Square, 1999 Pacific Ave., Suite D, Woodland. The expected move-in date is May 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
Heidi Hahn-Tran and Michael Troxler have purchased a 2,000-square-foot commercial building from Aimee Witherspoon at 9705 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The price was $325,000. Doug Bartocci of Norris Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Merlin Pointe Technologies has renewed its lease of 3,543 square feet of flex/warehouse space at EastRidge Business Park, 12606 N.E. 95th St., Suite VC-130, Vancouver. Bryon Roselli and Adam D. Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
Serenity Lane, an alcohol and drug abuse treatment center, has leased 1,400 square feet of office space from Leslie Wolf at 4305 N.E. Thurston Way, Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
Steve Edwards, dba American Family Insurance, has leased 894 square feet of office space from Terrace LLC, at The Glen, 3400 S.E. 196th Ave., Suite 106, Camas. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.
