Edward Jones office has new financial adviser

David Topper joined Edward Jones as a financial advisor to oversee the new office in East Vancouver.
The office, which opened in August at 16904 S.E. First St., Suite 104, is one of 38 in Clark County and 25 in Vancouver operated by the St. Louis-based financial services firm. Edward Jones provides financial services for individual investors in the United States. The firm’s 12,000-plus financial advisors work directly with nearly 7 million clients.
