TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — Police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a developmentally disabled man in a restroom at the Point Defiance boat house in Tacoma.
Acting on a tip, officers found 46-year-old Jerry Albert Johnson Thursday and jailed him on a rape charge.
Police say the 24-year-old victim had been fishing Feb. 20 when he was lured into the restroom and assaulted.
