KENT, Wash. (AP) — King County prosecutors are asking for a 23-year prison term when Julian Eduardo Reyes is sentenced Friday in superior court in Kent for killing a convenience store clerk.
Reyes pleaded guilty in October to second-degree murder in the 2006 shooting of 49-year-old Ho Ton at a store in Shoreline.
Customers found his body on the sidewalk in front of the 7-Eleven where he worked the night shift.
