St. Patrick’s Day events: Battle Ground folk singer Tom May will perform at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Irishtown Bar & Grill in Vancouver; there is a $10 cover charge after 5 p.m. on St. Patrick’s Day. He is also performing at Kells Irish Restaurant and Pub in Portland; there is a $20-$25 cover charge at the festival on March 17. Incorrect time and price information was included in a story about May’s performances on Pages F3 and F9 of today’s Weekend and Beyond section.
Software tax: Clark County sales tax totals 8.2 percent. A story that appeared Thursday on Page A1 stated the wrong rate.
