OSLO (AP) — Anders Gloersen of Norway has won a men’s 1.5-kilometer cross-country sprint, while countryman Petter Northug secured the overall World Cup victory.

Marit Bjoergen of Norway won the 1.3K women’s sprint after passing Kikkan Randall of Alaska in the final 100 meters to finish in 3 minutes, 1.8 seconds on Sunday. Randall took second, with Russia’s Natalia Korosteleva in third.

Gloersen beat Russia’s Alexei Petukhov in a photo finish, winning in 2 minutes, 53.9 seconds. Marcus Hellner of Sweden was 0.8 seconds back in third.

Northug didn’t compete, but holds an unassailable 383-point lead over Lukas Bauer of the Czech Republic ahead of next week’s finals in Sweden.
