SURPRISE, Ariz. (AP) — Fred Lewis hit his second home run in as many days to help the San Francisco Giants beat the Texas Rangers 8-5 on Monday night.

Giants starter Madison Bumgarner allowed three runs and three hits in three innings with three walks. He also hit Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton on the top of the left hand in the third inning. X-rays of Hamilton’s hand were negative and he’ll be evaluated on Tuesday morning.
