WEMBLEY, England (AP) — England will play Mexico at Wembley on May 24 as its prepares for its World Cup opener against the United States,
England is due to depart for the first of two trips to a training camp at altitude in Austria on May 17, and players involved in the Champions League final on May 22 will not be used in the Mexico exhibition. England also will play Japan in Graz on May 30.
England arrives in South Africa on June 3, nine days before its first competitive game against the U.S. since the 1-0 American upset at the 1950 World Cup.
