NEW YORK (AP) — Colorado Rockies pitcher Jose Belen has been suspended for 50 games following a positive test for metabolites of Methandienone under baseball’s minor league drug program.

Belen, part of the Rockies’ Dominican Summer League team, will serve the suspension at the start of the season, the commissioner’s office said Tuesday.

Sixteen players have been suspended under the minor league testing program this year, including 10 from the DSL.
