Volcanoes announce 2010 schedule

The 2010 schedule for the Vancouver Volcanoes has been released. The Volcanoes open up with three games over three nights featuring a game against 2008 IBL champions the Bellingham Slam.
The home opener will be against league newcomers, the Yamhill Highflyers, on May 7 at 7 p.m.
All home games will be played at the O’Connell Sports Complex located at Clark College.
Open tryouts for the Volcanoes team will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at Hudsons Bay High Schoo. Last year the Volcanoes signed four players from the local tryouts to the team.
The Vancouver Volcanoe are a sixth-year semi-pro basketball team based out of Vancouver.
They finished their 2009 season with 15 wins, 8 losses and made it to the Western conference Championship game.
