$25,000 damage to WSUV sport court

Tiles ripped from the outdoor sport court on the Washington State University Vancouver campus were thrown in a pile.

— Vandals ripped out tiles and spray-painted the outdoor sport court on Loop Road at Washington State University Vancouver early Wednesday morning.

The court’s tiles were thrown over the court’s outer fence and left in a pile. The damage is estimated at $25,000.

The vandalism is believed to have taken place between 1 and 5:30 a.m.

There are no suspects.

Anyone with information is asked to call WSU Vancouver police at 360-546-9001.
