PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Portland police say three people have been detained after shots were fired Wednesday evening inside the Lloyd Center mall.
Witnesses tell KPTV that rival gang members were gathered outside one store when a fight broke out. The witnesses say a young man fired several rounds.
No one was injured.
Police say they recovered a gun.
