SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A former Department of Social and Health Services employee is scheduled to be arraignment Tuesday in Spokane County Superior Court on a charge of intimidating a public servant.

The Spokesman-Review reports 41-year-old Tina Blanchette is accused of sending more than 300 texts, voice mails and photos to a sheriff’s detective investigating a marijuana growing operation at her home.
