AUBURN, Wash. (AP) — Police have arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting of a man in front of his son as they sat in a car in a grocery parking lot in Auburn.
Police say the 28-year-old suspect surrendered at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday to a SWAT team that surrounded his apartment building.
The shooting took place at 3 a.m. and left a 46-year-old man dead at the scene.
His 20-year-old son called police. He said his father and the suspect had an ongoing dispute.
