A man who saw someone breaking into his car detained the suspected auto prowler while a neighbor called police.
At about 10:30 p.m. Monday, a resident in the 12600 block of Northwest 33rd Avenue pinned down a man who was breaking into his car, according to emergency police logs.
Four Clark County Sheriff’s Office units responded.
