TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — The Pierce County sheriff’s office has identified the fourth person sought in a fatal home-invasion robbery linked to a Craigslist ad. The man was identified as 23-year-old Clabon Berniard of the SeaTac area south of Seattle. A nationwide warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Also on Wednesday, a woman charged in the case, 21-year-old Amanda Knight of Sumner appeared in Pierce County Superior Court. Pierce County Prosecutor Mark Lindquist says she pleaded not guilty to murder, robbery and assault charges and was ordered held on $2 million bail.

Two other defendants — Kiyoshi Higashi and Joshua Reese — appeared in San Mateo County Superior Court in California. KING-TV reports a judge signed an extradition order, clearing the way for their return to Washington state.

James Sanders of Edgewood, Wash., was fatally shot on April 28 at his home by robbers who showed up on the pretext of purchasing an expensive ring he had advertised on the Internet site.
