CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Former Oregon State quarterback Lyle Moevao (MOY-vow) and two other Beavers have pleaded not guilty to accusations they stole a golf cart that belonged to the athletic department.
The Gazette-Times reports the black and orange cart was reported stolen March 14. Four days later, Oregon State Police found the cart damaged.
Charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle are the 23-year-old Moevao, 22-year-old Brennan Olander and 21-year-old Keaton Kristick.
Kristick, a linebacker, played four seasons at Oregon State and recently signed a free-agent contract with the San Francisco 49ers. Olander is a defensive tackle on the current squad.
