Vancouver-based First Independent will host a paper shredding and electronic recycling event at a branch in Orchards on May 22 to help community members safely dispose of personal information.
Paper brought to First Independent will be shredded on site. Electronic devices will be trucked to and recycled by Technology Conservation Group in Portland. Both services are free. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to noon May 22 at First Independent’s branch at 10705 N.E. Fourth Plain Road.
