ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — Rudy Jaramillo is back home as a visitor.

Jaramillo is on the visitors’ side at Rangers Ballpark for the first time after the past 15 seasons as hitting coach for the Texas Rangers. He is now a coach for the Chicago Cubs, who play at Texas this weekend.

The Dallas area is still home for Jaramillo, who helped tutor AL MVPs Alex Rodriguez, Ivan Rodriguez and Juan Gonzalez with the Rangers.

Until this year, Jaramillo was the only hitting coach in the majors for Michael Young, the All-Star third baseman who is a .302 career hitter.

Young says it will be different seeing Jaramillo in a different uniform against the Rangers.
